Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator

Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

We have an immediate opening for a Junior Project Coordinator within our Coating Division located at our Saskatoon facility. This position is a full time, seasonal position, with an opportunity for growth.  Wage will be determined based on experience & skill level.

Key Responsibilities

• Communication with clients and workers
• Worker credential verifications (Safety & trade specific)
• Scheduling site orientations and worker required A&D tests
• Assist workers to adhere to workplace safety policies and regulations
• Arrange dispatching of workers to multiple sites
• Arrange all project related activities, which include:

□     Material shipments

□     Developing and tracking schedules

□     Projections

□     Billing

• Individual may be required to travel to sites throughout Saskatchewan

Requirements

• Must have a professional and superior customer service skills.
• Must be dependable and accountable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook.
• Database, Purchase Order and Vendor Invoice experience.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with general knowledge of office procedures.
• Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels within the organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Meticulous records & maintenance skills.
• Own transportation (no nearby public transportation).

Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with a Technical Diploma and / or job related experience.
